I have been working in South Wales for 29 years and have busy practices in Cardiff, Newport and Chepstow.
I am passionate about my Acupuncture and consider it a great privilege to be able to help people with this amazing and ancient system of medicine.
Acupuncture is a safe , effective and powerful system of Medicine. It works by restoring the equilibrium of your body's energy or Qi
This can become imbalanced , depleted or blocked resulting in symptoms of pain or illness.
By restoring the balance of your Qi by inserting very fine needles into the flow of this energy we can promote balance within the system. This powerfully and naturally promotes your body's ability to heal itself.
I take a Holistic approach to each individual looking at the patient as a union of Body , Mind and Spirit . We see illness not as an isolated set of symptoms , rather as an expression of the relationship between our inner and outer workings. In this was we understand how physical illness can often be a manifestation of internalised , emotional stress.
My aim is always to provide you with the very best of care and attention focusing on your individual needs as a patient.
